Magnolia Family Medicine is IN NETWORK with BLUE VALUE  on the MARKETPLACE. If you see a red x, call the customer service number on the back of your BCBS card to register. Many providers in our area are not listed – causing a lot of confusion.

We offer SAME DAY Appointments for existing patients, so you don't have to visit Urgent Care with a higher copay.

You also will keep Continuity of Care by staying with one PCP

(Primary Care Physician.)

of your service;

TELEHEALTH appointments can be made as a convenience to our patients. Please call your insurance company using the phone number on the back of your insurance card to verify that your plan approves telehealth services with your PCP. If you do not verify that your insurance will approve this service and the visit is rejected, you will be financially responsible for the invoice.
